This Executive Committee will remain in place until the new elections are announced ahead of the 2023 Annual General Meeting where 12 seats will be renewed.
During its initial meeting, the Executive Committee of the Principles elected among its members a Chair and two Deputy-Chairs (forming the “Steering Committee”) who will serve until the 2023 General Meeting:

- Deputy-Chair: Ashley Schulten (BlackRock)
- Deputy-Chair: Agnès Gourc (BNP Paribas)
