Financial Markets Operations courses
ICMA Education’s operations courses examine the securities trade lifecycle and other related products from an operational perspective. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the conduct regulator for around 50,000 financial services firms and financial markets in the UK. The FCA have assessed ICMA in accordance with their standards set out in TC App 5.1 and have determined that ICMA can offer qualifications as an FCA-approved qualification provider.
The ICMA-Certified Operations Professional is an industry-recognised qualification designed to develop the expertise of professionals working in capital markets operations. Combining the Operations Certificate Programme (OCP) and Collateral Management courses, it provides the skills and knowledge needed to navigate the complex post-trade environment and support effective back and middle-office functions.
