Leading with presence: Confidence, conviction and authentic influence

Join the ICMA Women’s Network South Africa for an exclusive masterclass on building executive presence, communicating with conviction, and leading with impact, featuring keynote speaker Lerato Sithole, Founder and CEO of Think and Grow Rich Africa. A purpose architect, transformation coach, storyteller and continental changemaker, Lerato brings more than three decades of leadership experience together with a powerful personal story of resilience, reinvention, and authentic influence.

Keynote speaker: Lerato Sithole, CEO of Think and Grow Rich Africa and founder of the Africa Moms Rising Movement

Lerato began her working life as a cleaner and rose, over thirty-three years, through some of the world's most demanding institutions, including Accenture, EY, ERM and Deloitte, serving as Senior Partner, Managing Director, C-suite executive and Board Member across Africa and internationally.

In 2024 she founded Think and Grow Rich Africa, holding the exclusive African licence from the Napoleon Hill Foundation to author, teach and apply Napoleon Hill's success principles across all 54 nations. She is a Certified Transformation and Life Coach and a Certified Global Coach with the Napoleon Hill Institute, with more than 300 clients coached and four organisations born from her coaching room in twenty four months.

She is a mother of five, a wife of thirty-five years, and a woman on a mission to empower 140 million Africans through purpose-led transformation.

Through practical insights and interactive discussion, we explored how to navigate workplace dynamics, command the room with confidence, own your narrative and influence high-stakes conversations while remaining authentically yourself. Whether building their careers or stepping into leadership, attendees gained practical tools to strengthen their presence and elevate their influence.

Admission: This in-person event was free to attend and opened exclusively to ICMA members and invited guests.
