The new bond market transparency regime in the UK has applied from 2 December 2025, and in the EU will go live on 2 March 2026.

The webinar will present:

  • An introduction to the new transparency regimes and their respective deferral tables
  • The key differences between the EU and the UK regimes
  • Our expectation on real-time and deferred transparency for sovereign and corporate bonds in both jurisdictions based on ICMA’s deep dive data analysis
  • First findings out of the UK after the go-live
  • The latest timeline and updates on the introduction of the bond consolidated tapes in the EU and the UK

The webinar will finish with a Q&A session for members.

I understand that my reservation for the above webinar shall be accepted and confirmed if ICMA sends me a respective confirmation in writing within 3 business days from receipt of my registration. I also understand that if ICMA does not send me such confirmation within the specified period my reservation could not be considered.
