Now in its 14th year, the bwf and ICMA Capital Markets Conference returned to Frankfurt on 9 September 2026.

150 market participants representing banks, investment firms, the fund industry, regulators, and legislators gathered to hear from industry experts on the regulatory issues facing capital markets with specific emphasis on the German perspective. Keynote speeches and panel sessions discussed key topics including digitalisation, tokenisation and market integration.
