Dubai Programmes 
ICMA Education & Training is proud to partner with the United Arab Emirates Financial Market Association (UAE FMA) and the Gulf Capital Markets Association (GCMA) to present a series of classroom-based training courses in Dubai to support the professional development of capital market participants in the region.
The Dubai Programme represents the first time ICMA has run a series of scheduled open-registration programmes outside of Europe on an ongoing basis and reflects the growing impact the Gulf is having on the global capital markets. Our training is underpinned by ICMA guidance on the primary and secondary debt markets, repo & collateral markets and sustainable finance which is globally regarded as representing best practice market standards and reflects the associations unwavering commitment to promoting resilient well-functioning international and globally coherent debt securities markets.
