The Corporate Finance Consultants (CFC) Programme
The CFC programme is jointly accredited by the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) and the University of Reading.
The Corporate Finance Consultant certification system is a training and certification knowledge system established for specific practitioners. These practitioners utilize their professional knowledge and skills to provide consulting services such as investment, financing, and financial planning for enterprises. They are based in various financial institutions or independent financial consulting service agencies approved for establishment.
The education and certification system for Corporate Finance Consultants (CFC) includes the following three levels: Corporate Finance Comprehensive Consultant (CFCC), Corporate Finance Consultant (CFC), and Corporate Finance Specialist (CFS). These certificates are issued by the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) and the University of Reading. As of December 2024, 50,000 candidates worldwide had obtained CFC certification through examination or exemption.
ICMA is recognised as an FCA-approved training provider in the United Kingdom through its alignment with the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) Training and Competence framework. In addition, ICMA’s Education & Training’s advanced courses are also aligned with the European Qualifications Framework [level 5].
