Overview
Addressing human rights and gender inequalities is not only a matter of intrinsic value and a moral imperative. It can also enhance growth, productivity, competitiveness and the sustainability of economies.
In November 2021, UN Women, IFC and ICMA launched a practical guide to using sustainable bond issuances to advance gender equality, Bonds-to-Bridge-the-Gender-Gap. The information provided in this guide was meant to aid the ecosystem of the debt market including new and existing bond issuers, borrowers, underwriters, arrangers, and external reviewers to take action to integrate gender equality objectives into sustainable debt products.
Where does the market stand 4 years later? Experts from prominent organisations will take stock of the progress made since the publication of the guide.
Save the 4th November 2025 in your calendar to join us and be the part of the conversation advancing gender equality.
Registrations for this event will open in due course.
If you have any questions, please contact ICMA events.
