ICMA member registration
ICMA Members are each allocated 3 free passes to attend the AGM & Conference 2025.
Complimentary passes are provided to government authorities, regulators, buyside and press.
Additional member delegates (beyond free allowance):
Early bird (until 17:00 BST Friday 4 April 2025) EUR 1,500.00 (excl. VAT)
Standard (Monday 7 April 2025 onwards) EUR 1,800.00 (excl. VAT)

Important information for ICMA members
This year's AGM will take place on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 14:30 to approx. 16:00.
The agenda* for the AGM will be made available here in due course.
Board elections (full members only)
ICMA member firms will be invited to participate in the board elections.
The board elections will take place prior to the AGM on June 4, 2025, from 13:00 to 14:00 by secret ballot at the voting station located at the registration desk at the entrance hall, on level 0, at the Kap Europa Messe Frankfurt.
The list* with the candidates nominated by the nomination committee as candidates for the board elections on June 4, 2025, is available here.
The ballot form* will be made available here in due course. Alternatively, the ballot form can be collected at the registration desk.
*Please note: your ICMA website username and password will be required to view this information. This will not be applicable if the username and password has already been added.
Proxy voting (full members only)
ICMA hopes that all members will be able to attend the AGM in Frankfurt to participate in the elections to ICMA’s Board. However, should your firm be unable to send a delegate in person, we invite you to complete a proxy form so that your vote may be cast at the general meeting by your chosen proxy holder.

Complimentary passes are provided to the buyside and to young professionals in the early stages of their career.
